Tesla is currently selling the Model Y electric SUV in the Indian market. It comes as a CBU (Completely Built-Up Unit) model and carry a high price tag. The Tesla Model Y price in India starts at Rs 59.89 lakh and extends up to Rs 67.89 lakh, ex-showroom, Pan India.

After Model Y, Tesla is expected to launch the Model 3 electric sedan in India. This model is available in 3 electric versions - Standard Plus, Long Range, and Performance. The entry-level variant gets a rear-wheel drivetrain and has a claimed range of 423km. The Long Range and Performance variants get dual-motor AWD set-up and offer a range of up to 568km and 507km, respectively.

The Model S could also be the next Tesla Car in India. Estimated to cost around Rs 70 lakh to Rs 1.50 crore, the Tesla Model S is also available in three electric powertrain options - Long Range, Plaid and Plaid+. The Long Range model is claimed to deliver 660km, while the Plaid and Plaid+ delivers 627km and 837km, respectively. All model comes with dual-motor AWD setup.
