Porsche India is getting ready for an exciting year in 2024 to introduce four new models to its luxurious and high-performance car lineup. This move also aligns with the brand’s 75th Anniversary which was celebrated this year. If you’re interested in buying a New Porsche vehicle, then we suggest that you take a look at these upcoming models that will be launched next year. Porsche Macan EV Porsche Macan has been around in India for quite a while now. It has had its share of audiences however come 2024, the company to expand its customer base would be looking to introduce the electric version of this luxury compact SUV. The upcoming Macan EV will provide some exciting features such as a 10.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 12.6-inch instrument cluster alongside an optional passenger screen. It is also expected to offer a Heads-Up Display (HUD) that will project essential vehicle information onto a virtual 87-inch screen. As for under the skin, it will come equipped with a powerful 100kWh battery pack. Featuring a dual motor setup (one on each axle), the four-wheeler is believed to produce a combined power output of 612 bhp with 1000 Nm of peak torque. It will be a rear-wheel drive SUV. Charging the electric vehicle is said to take only 22 minutes from 10 to 80 percent. Its price, we expect, would range between Rs 1 crore to Rs 1.5 crore (ex-showroom). Porsche Cayenne, Cayenne Coupe GTS Versions This year witnessed the introduction of the Porsche Cayenne Facelift. Continuing with the trend, the German sports car manufacturer is expected to launch the Cayenne GTS and Coupe GTS versions in India. Both models will bring a thrilling combination of design, luxury and performance to the product lineup. Under the hood, both could feature a mighty 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine, delivering over 500 horsepower. Believed to be arriving by mid-2024, the Cayenne GTS and Cayenne Coupe GTS are expected to cost somewhere around Rs 2.5 crore (ex-showroom). Into its third generation, the Panamera was launched this year in India featuring a 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 petrol engine. Further to expand the model lineup, the company will look to bring in the Panamera GTS featuring a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine. It is believed to offer exterior and interior design upgrades. This upcoming performance version is expected to hit Indian roads by mid-2024 while its price tag would be around Rs 2 crore (ex-showroom). Porsche Taycan and Taycan Cross Turismo Facelifts Come next year, facelift versions of the Porsche  Taycan and Taycan Cross Turismo will also be on the cards. Both the electric four-door sedan and the estate will offer similar battery packs as the current variants. Featuring from  79.2kWh to 93.4kWh battery packs, one can expect a bump up in not just the range but performance as well. Prices for the facelifted versions will hover around Rs 1.5 Crore to Rs 2.8 Crore (ex-showroom). Porsche 911 Facelift Besides these upcoming Porsche cars, the iconic 911 is also expected to be given a facelift. Details about its introduction still remain sketchy, but what we can tell you is that the performance sports car will feature a hybrid powertrain option alongside its petrol engine choice. Porsche has announced the launch of the new Panamera GTS in the Indian market. Positioned above the standard Panamera, the new GTS is priced at Rs 2.34 crore (ex-showroom). It is available as a fully-imported CBU model. Interested customers can reach out to their nearest Porsche dealership to book their 4-door sports saloon. Deliveries will begin by the end of 2024 or early 2025. Porsche Panamera GTS: Exterior Design From the design perspective, the GTS looks quite different from its standard model. It features some blacked-out elements such as window surrounds, GTS logos, and tailpipes. Its front profile boasts a larger grille with blacked-out air intake and sharp LED headlights. The side view features 21-inch Turbo S centre-lock wheels in Anthracite and sportier side skirts. Meanwhile, its rear profile sports a black diffuser and quad exhaust tips. Interior Features Moving on the inside, we get to see the brand's Race-Tex suede-like material for armrests, centre panels of the seats, door panels, and the roof lining. Besides, Porsche offers two GTS-exclusive interior packages in Slate Grey Neo, Carmine Red, and Carbon Matt. Specifications The new Panamera GTS is powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine. This engine is capable of producing 492 bhp, which is 18 bhp more than the standard model. It can sprint from 0-100 kmph in just 3.8 seconds. A day after their global debut, Porsche has started accepting bookings for two updated 911 variants: Carrera and Carrera 4 GTS in India. The entry-level Carrera is up for grabs for Rs. 1.99 crore, while the hybrid Carrera 4 GTS can be bought for Rs. 2.75 crore, ex-showroom. 2024 Porsche 911 Carrera, 911 Carrera 4 GTS: Exterior & Interior Porsche has subtly tweaked the exterior bits while retaining the overall 911 silhouette. The refreshed front bumper, new LED headlights and 19 (front) and 20-inch (rear) alloy wheels are noteworthy, while the connected rear LED strip has become sportier. For differentiation's sake, the Carrera 4 GTS gets 6 vertical (5 outside and 1 hidden) flaps to direct airflow at both ends on the bumper ahead.   911s’ interior is loaded with a 10.9-inch touchscreen and 12.6-inch curved display, sunroof, tyre pressure monitoring system, cruise control and reverse camera.  2024 Porsche 911 Carrera, 911 Carrera 4 GTS: Engine Specifications The base 911 is powered by a tried-and-tested 3-litre twin-turbo flat-six block that clocks 100 kmph in 3.9 seconds (with Sports Chrono package) while belting out 349 hp and 450 Nm of pulling force. On the transmission front, an eight-speed PDK gearbox transfers engine power in the rear-wheel drive car with a top speed of 294 kilometres per hour.  Next up, the 911 Carrera 4 GTS gets a 1.9 kWh hybrid setup paired with a 3.6-litre six-cylinder engine (electrically turbocharged), making it quicker than the above-mentioned car by a whopping 0.6 seconds. With a power and torque output of 541 hp and 610 Nm, the top speed comes at 312 kilometres per hour. However, the car cannot be driven on EV solely.
