Upfront, the new XUV 3XO boasts a completely redesigned grill compared to the old model. It now features a grille with five chrome slats with the latest logo of Mahindra. In addition, there are longer fang-shaped LED DRLs and new headlight clusters housing projector units. The bumper is also tweaked; it now has a bigger air dam and the radar for ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).

The side profile of the new XUV 3XO does not have major changes except for the newly designed 17-inch dual-tone alloy wheels.

Moving on to the rear, the notable change is the wraparound and connected LED tail lights. It gets a revamped bumper with a chunky silver skid plate. The vehicle now features a new "XUV 3XO" moniker.

The cabin of the XUV 3XO has received a major overhaul. It comes equipped with dual digital displays borrowed from XUV400. While its previous model was offered with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, the new model gets a bigger 10.25-inch touchscreen unit with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

Additionally, the XUV 3XO provides the 10.25-inch digital driver’s display that replaces the old twin-pod analogue cluster. Apart from this, the updated vehicle highlights repositioned and updated central AC vents, revised climate control panels, and a 65 W USB Type-C fast charging port.

Not only this, Mahindra has also introduced a segment-first panoramic sunroof in the new XUV 3XO model while its predecessor had a regular single-pane sunroof which is available on most of its segment rivals. Other segment-first features include dual-zone climate control and soft-touch leatherette on the dashboard and door trim.
