Latest Update - in June 2024, Bentley revealed the new fourth-generation Continental GT and its convertible counterpart, the GTC. It is expected to be launched in the near future.

Bentley offers the Continental in two main trim levels: GT (a fixed roof coupe) and GTC (convertible), further classified into 1 sub-variants, namely Standard, Azure, S, Speed, and Mulliner.  Bentley Continental price ranges from Rs 52293500 to Rs 100000000 (ex-showroom).

The Continental W12 is claimed to provide a combined fuel efficiency of 7.14 kmpl, while the V8 version offers a slightly better-claimed figure of 8.26 kmpl.

For passengers' safety, the Continental has multiple airbags, dynamic stability control, traction control, tyre pressure indicator, hill hold & descent assist, a 360-degree surround view system, a night vision camera, parking assist, adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, auto emergency braking, high beam assist, lane departure warning, forward collision warning, etc.

Colours 

There are seven colour options available for the standard and S variants, and sixteen for the Azure, Speed and Mulliner trims. In addition, Bentley provides up to eighty different colour options through their personalisation program.

Engine and Transmission 

Depending on the variant, this luxurious grand tourer from Bentley is powered by either a twin-turbocharged 6.0-litre W12 TSI motor or a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission and AWD system with 40:60 front & rear power distribution.

The W12 engine can deliver up to 659PS of maximum power and 900Nm of peak torque, allowing the car to reach 0-100kmph in just 3.6 seconds. On the other hand, the V8 engine generates 550PS/770Nm and can complete the century run in simply 4 seconds. 

The W12-powered version can reach a top speed of 335 km/h, while the V8 model can propel the car to a top speed of 318 km/h.

Dimensions and Boot Space

Dimensionally, the Continental measures 4850mm in length, 2187mm in width, and 1405mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 2851mm.
