Audi Next Gen Q3

Audi India is all set to introduce multiple new SUVs, including the next-gen Q3, Audi Q9, next-gen Q5 and Q7 in the Indian market by 2027. The new Audi Q3 comes with all-new design and interiors along with a longer list of features and modern tech.

New Audi Q3 Launch Date

The German luxury carmaker has confirmed that the new-gen Audi Q3 SUV will be launched in the Indian market on August 25. It will lead the Audi’s product onslaught in the country.

2027 Audi Q3 Price in India

With the generational update, Audi is expected to price the new Q3 around START_Price to END_Price, ex-showroom.

Key Features

The all-new Audi Q3 comes with a more aggressive design compared to the outgoing model. It features a large hexagonal front grille with Audi’s new 2D logo, and the headlights are upgraded with digital Matrix LED technology. At the back, the new Q3 gets split tail-lights, optional OLED lighting and an illuminated Audi logo bar. The global-spec model comes with wheel sizes from 17 to 20 inches, but the India-spec model is likely to get 18-inch wheels.

The all-new Audi Q3 gets dual displays, comprising a 11.9-inch digital instrument console and a 12.9-inch touchscreen infotainment unit. The SUV gets minimalistic interiors with AC controls and other functions can only be adjusted via the screen. In terms of features, the SUV gets wireless Android Auto and Apple Carplay, wireless phone charging, configurable ambient lighting and a 360-degree surround view camera.

Other key features include a 360-degree surround view camera, a 3-zone climate control, 12-speaker Sonos sound system and a sunroof. It is packed with an ADAS suite with features like autonomous emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane assist and others. The new Q3 has a boot space of 488-litres, which can be further extended by folding the rear seats.

Engine Specifications

The new-gen Audi Q3 will be powered by a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine that is good for 204hp and 320Nm of torque. This powertrain is paired to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox that sends power to all four wheels via Audi’s Quattro AWD system. It is claimed to achieve 0-100kmph acceleration in just 7.1 seconds.

Competition

The new Audi Q3 will take on the likes of the Mercedes-Benz GLA and the BMW X1.
