The BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe comes equipped with a curved dual-screen setup comprising a 10.7-inch touchscreen infotainment and a 10.24-inch digital driver’s display. It gets a digital key, which allows driver to lock/unlock the car, and access the boot via a smartphone. 

In terms of features, the sedan gets a panoramic sunroof, wireless smartphone charging, a 360-degree surround view camera, auto park assist, a 12-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

The new BMW 2 Series is powered by a smaller 1.5-litre, 3-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine paired to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. This engine is capable of producing 156hp and 230Nm of torque, and this power is transmitted to the front wheels. The previous model was offered with 2.0L turbo petrol and turbo diesel engine options. 

The new 2 Series Gran Coupe can accelerate to 100kmph from zero in just 8.6 seconds, which is 1.5 seconds slower than its predecessor.
