2024 Isuzu V Cross Facelift to Launch Soon

Isuzu Motor India has recently teased its upcoming V-Cross facelift model across social media. The 2024 V-Cross will be launched soon with updated design elements and improved features. Please Note: The 2024 Isuzu V-Cross will be the updated version of the India-spec model, not the one on sale globally. 2024 Isuzu V-Cross Facelift: What's New? Based on the teaser, the upcoming V-Cross facelift will borrow some design elements from the global-spec model. The updated India-spec model will feature a dual-tone colour treatment, a new blacked-out grille, new 18-inch black alloy wheels, and other enhancements at the rear profile. Inside, it will get the same 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. However, the rear seat will get a 3-point seatbelt for all the passengers. Other features comprise dual-zone climate control, an electrically adjustable driver's seat, keyless entry, and a reverse parking camera. The global-spec model comes with an ADAS suite, however, for the India-spec model, it is unlikely to have the benefits of ADAS. Specifications The 2024 V-Cross will continue to carry the same 1.9-litre turbo diesel engine as the current model. This engine can generate a top power of 161 bhp and 360 Nm of max torque. As for the transmission, there will be a choice of either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission. Expected Price The price of the updated Isuzu V-Cross is yet to be revealed. Isuzu Motors India has just updated its entire lineup in India to comply with the new BS 6 Phase II norms that came into effect from 1 April 2023. The brand also given its range of SUVs and pick-up trucks added features while the D-Max V-Cross and MU-X also get mild exterior updates. Here are all the details. Isuzu V-Cross, mu-X Isuzu’s flagship pick-up truck offering in India, the V-Cross get a mild exterior and interior refresh alongside the new updated powertrains. The V-Cross (4x2 automatic) models now gets front fog lamp garnish, dark grey ORVMs and new black alloy wheels as standard. The pick-up truck is also offered with an all new colour, Valencia Orange.  On the inside changes are limited to a new dual-tone black and brown theme which enhances the overall appeal of the vehicle. In addition, we can also see brown inserts around the dashboard, door panels and the gear lever. Safety has also taken a big leap with the new updated as the four-wheeler now features cruise control, hill descent control, hill-start assist, and ESC as standard. Compared to the V-Cross, changes on the flagship mu-X SUV is limited to a more aggressive front grille that lends the car its sporty looks. Both the Isuzu V-Cross pick-up and the mu-X SUV come powered by a 1.9-litre turbodiesel engine that churns out 161 bhp and 360 Nm of peak torque. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. Isuzu D-Max, Hi-Lander Isuzu’s D-Max Cab and S-Cab models now get an advanced MID (multi-information display) in the instrument cluster with silver inserts. It now displays the DPD (Diesel Particulate Diffuser) indication and sub-menu to indicate "Level," Automatic Regeneration, as well as notify the driver for manual 'Regeneration' operation. Both models also get a new idle start/stop system and low friction tyres.  In terms of features, the D-Max and S-Cab now get variable speed intermittent windscreen wipers and  gear shift indicator in the MID while the Hi-Lander additionally gets climate control and a rear defogger. The D-Max is powered by a 2.4-litre turbodiesel unit that makes 78 bhp with 176 Nm of peak torque. The Hi-Lander is powered by a 1.9-litre turbodiesel motor pumping out 161 bhp with 360 Nm of max torque. ISUZU New-Generation V-Cross FAQ

The price of the upcoming ISUZU V-Cross is expected to be in the range of Rs 20 to Rs 25 lakh (ex-showroom).

The estimated launch date of the upcoming ISUZU V-Cross is set around March 2023.

The ISUZU V-Cross is expected to be offered with a 2.0-litre Ddi engine producing a maximum power output of 163bhp with 360 Nm of peak torque. The four-wheeler will also come equipped with a shift-on-fly 4WD system.
