The Indian carmaker has launched the SUV at an introductory price of ₹7.49 lakh (ex-showroom applicable pan India).

The new XUV 3XO comes equipped with several segment-leading features including Level-2 advanced driver assistance system, a panoramic electric sunroof, Harman-sourced audio system, a dual-zone climate control, and connected car tech. The ADAS tech offer features such as adaptive cruise control, lane assist, blind spot monitoring, autonomous emergency braking and others.

The Mahindra XUV 3XO has a modern and striking design. It includes sleek lines, a bold front grille, and unique LED lighting. The AX7 trim features a large panoramic sunroof, adding a touch of luxury and openness to the driving experience. The rear profile is completely different from the XUV300. It has an all-new tailgate design with LED tail-lights connected via a LED bar. The SUV gets a prominent dual-tone bumper with a skid plate. Due to inclusion of new bumpers, the approach and departure angles have also been improved that improves the drive-ability on bad surfaces.

Mahindra has added soft-touch leatherette to the dashboard and door trims of the five-seater SUV. They also included a panoramic sunroof. The car has two screens that can connect to your phone and show information. Each screen is 10.24 inches in size and makes it easy to stay connected while driving." The lower central console appears identical to the XUV300, featuring manual switches for AC controls.

For safety, a surround-view system provides a complete view of your surroundings. This system includes a blind-spot monitor and auto-dimming rearview mirror. The 360-degree view helps you see all around your vehicle. The blind-spot monitor alerts you to vehicles in your blind spots. The auto-dimming rearview mirror reduces glare from headlights behind you.

The Level-2 ADAS provides extra reassurance. It includes front parking assist and an electronic parking brake with auto-hold function. These features help make parking easier and safer. Six airbags, ESC with hill hold control and all four disc brakes are available as standard across trims.

The Mahindra XUV 3XO is available in 25 variants. The base variant is priced at Rs 7.49 lakh, while the top-spec model is tagged at Rs 15.49 lakh (ex-showroom).

Mahindra XUV 3XO: Engine specifications

The XUV 3XO has three engine options. The first option is a 1.2-litre turbocharged MPFi engine with 110 bhp and 200 Nm. The second option is a 1.5-litre diesel engine that churns out 115 bhp and 300 Nm of torque. Both manual and AMT gearbox options are on offer.

For those seeking a sportier turbo petrol mill, there’s a 1.2-litre mStallion turbocharged engine belting out 129 bhp and 230 Nm of torque. You can pair these with either a manual or an automatic transmission. It features an Aisin-sourced 6-speed torque convertor automatic gearbox.

Mahindra XUV 3XO: Mileage

The company claims the car can travel 20.1 kilometers on one liter of fuel. However, we have not tested its performance in real-world driving conditions yet.
