The 148PS, 2.4L turbo diesel engine comes paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The power delivery is linear and is available from the start. The wide power band and quick acceleration makes overtaking easier. The gear shifts are smooth and slots in perfectly on input. 

The SUV is available with two drive modes - Eco and Power. The Eco mode is for optimum fuel economy, while the power model is for sharper power delivery. The powertrain feels very responsive. The MPV feels stable on highways and suspensions are good enough to handle regular bumps and crosswinds. 

Comfort

Toyota Innova Crysta comes with a spacious cabin, which is evident from its huge demand among family car buyers. The MPV gets tough materials, though it looks outdated. It gets leatherette upholstery for seats, which feels premium.
