Mahindra Marazzo

Mahindra Marazzo is a mid-size MUV that is among the first cars to be designed by Mahindra Design Studio in partnership with Pininfarina. First launched in 2018, the new model features a sporty exterior design along with a unique interior layout. Since introduction the model has not received any major facelifts.

Design Highlights

The shark-inspired Marazzo’s exterior design is both modern and stylish in its appeal. Upfront the vehicle gets a signature 6-slat chrome grille, swept-back LED headlamps and a drooping bonnet. Lower down we get to see a large air intake and new fog lamp housing.

On to the sides, the shark inspired design is more evident with prominent creases on the doors and new design 17-inch alloy wheels. In addition, the angular A-pillar gives the four-wheeler its raked sporty stance. 

Towards the rear, it gets a sloping tailgate that features a roof mounted spoiler, shark inspired wraparound tail lights, and a chrome strip running the width of the vehicle. 

Mahindra Marazzo Interior and Features

Interior: On the inside, the New Marazzo offers a spacious cabin with a flowing dashboard design. It comes equipped with dual-tone black and beige colour theme alongside 3 row seating. The use of plastic and piano black finish on the dashboard provides a premium feel.

Features: Marazzo offers features such as a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a large digital MID and AC controls. The gear lever housing is placed high as part of the dashboard making it easy to reach. Unlike most MPVs that feature traditional vents for the second row, the Marrazo uses a central AC unit with surround cool technology and individual speed control.

Safety: In terms of safety, the Marazzo gets dual front airbags, passenger airbag off switch, ABS with EBD, seatbelt reminder, engine immobiliser, ISOFIX mounts and rear parking sensors with camera.

Mahindra Marazzo Price and Variants

Mahindra Marazzo price in India starts from Rs 1405900 and extends up to Rs 1637900 (ex-showroom). The MUV is offered in 6 variants namely M2, M4 Plus and M6 Plus with both 7- and 8-seater options.

Engine and Specification

The Marazzo comes powered by a 1.5-litre diesel engine that delivers a maximum power output of around 120 bhp and 300 Nm of peak torque. This power plant is available with only a 6-speed manual gearbox option.

Dimensions

The Marazzo measures 4,585 mm in length, 1,866 mm in width and 1,774 mm in height having a wheelbase of 2,760 mm. The car gets a 45-litre fuel tank and up to 17-inch alloy wheels.

The New Marazzo MPV delivers an ARAI certified mileage of 17.1 kmpl.

Colour Options

There are 4 distinct exterior colour options available with the Mahindra Marazzo MPV. These include Iceberg White, Oceanic Black, Shimmering Silver and Aqua Marine.
