In terms of features, the base N4 variant of the Bolero Neo gets an 8.9cm LCD cluster display, foldable 3rd row seats, power steering, power windows, engine start-stop, 12 V charging point.

It comes equipped with a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support. The higher-spec variants get static bending headlamps, fog lamps, front and second-row armrest, height adjustable driver’s seat, electrically adjustable ORVMs, follow-me-home headlamps, 16-inch alloy wheels and others. 

Safety Features of Mahindra Bolero Neo

For safety and security, the Bolero Neo gets dual front airbags, ABS with EBD and corner braking control, ISOFIX child seat mounts, reverse parking sensors with reverse assist and mechanical locking differential. The SUV also gets a reverse parking camera, and rear glass wiper & defogger.

Engine and Transmission

Powering the Bolero Neo is a 1.5-litre mHawk diesel engine that produces 98.63bhp of power and 260Nm of torque. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual gearbox. The N10 (O) variant also comes with a mechanical locking differential to provide better off-road capability. 

Mahindra Bolero Neo Mileage

It is claimed to offer an ARAI-certified mileage of 17.9kmpl, which is pretty good for a body-on-frame SUV. In real world condition, the SUV should deliver a mileage of around 11-12kmpl in city and around 16-17kmpl on highways. 

Dimensions and Boot Space

In terms of proportions, the Bolero Neo is 3995mm in length, 1821mm in width and 1627mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2600mm. The SUV has side facing seats in third row, which can be folded to create a boot space of up to 384-litres.
