Three exciting SUVs are set to launch in India this week from Mahindra and Nissan. The lineup includes the new Bolero, Bolero Neo, and Nissan’s upcoming midsize SUV. These launches mark the start of the festive season with fresh designs and features.
The first week of October 2025 is turning out to be an exciting one for SUV lovers in India. Mahindra and Nissan are gearing up to launch three new SUVs within the next two days - the Mahindra Bolero Facelift, Bolero Neo Facelift, and Nissan’s new midsize SUV.
With fresh designs, improved features, and powerful engines, these launches mark a strong start to the festive car season in India.
Mahindra is ready to roll out the new Bolero 2025 on October 6, bringing a refreshed look to its legendary SUV. The updated model keeps the Bolero’s classic, rugged appeal but adds a few modern upgrades.
The SUV now gets a black exterior finish, revised bumper design, and new alloy wheels for a bolder road presence. Inside, it features a new touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth connectivity.
Under the hood, the Bolero continues with its 1.5-litre diesel engine, known for reliability and efficiency. With these updates, Mahindra aims to make the Bolero even more appealing to families who prefer a tough yet practical SUV.
Launching alongside the standard Bolero, the Bolero Neo Facelift will also get significant upgrades. The SUV now comes with a larger 10.25-inch infotainment screen, a reworked front grille, and refreshed design elements to match Mahindra’s new styling theme.
Power comes from the same 1.5-litre turbo-diesel engine, which now produces 100 hp and 260 Nm of torque. The updates make the Bolero Neo more powerful and premium while retaining its robust ladder-frame DNA.
Together, the Bolero Facelift and Bolero Neo Facelift showcase Mahindra’s effort to combine traditional toughness with modern comfort and technology.
Following Mahindra’s launches, Nissan will make headlines on October 7 with its brand-new midsize SUV. This model will join the growing list of new car launches in India 2025, positioned between compact and full-size SUVs.
The upcoming SUV will be powered by turbo-petrol engines and is expected to share its underpinnings and features with the next-gen Renault Duster, set to arrive in early 2026. Nissan will also offer a 7-seater version, giving families an affordable yet stylish alternative in the midsize SUV space.
With a strong design and advanced features, this new SUV is expected to boost Nissan’s presence in India and attract buyers looking for a new option beyond the usual names.
