Mahindra Bolero

6 October 2025 - Mahindra has launched the 2025 Bolero facelift with substantial design changes along with a longer list of features. The updated model gets a new top-end variant, called the B8, which is priced at Rs 9.69 lakh, ex-showroom. 

Mahindra Bolero Price 

The new Mahindra Bolero is available in three broad variants - B4, B6 and B8 - and in total of 4 variants. The Bolero price in India starts at Rs 799000 and extends up to Rs 969000 for the top-end variant. All the prices are ex-showroom, Pan-India.

The base variant of the Mahindra Bolero gets basic features, including manual AC, 15-inch steel wheels, Vinyl leatherette upholstery and tailgate mounted spare wheel. 

The top-end variant gets a touchscreen infotainment unit, fog lamps with cornering function, rear washer and wiper, digital MID, power windows, Type-C charging ports, engine start-stop and others. 

How safe is Mahindra Bolero?

The safety features of Mahindra Bolero include anti-lock braking system, central locking, child safety locks, and two airbags.  It also get electronic brake-force distribution, seat belt warning, door ajar warning, engine immobilizer, and speed alert.

Engine Specifications

The Bolero is powered by a 1.5-litre, mHawk75, diesel engine coupled to a 5-speed manual gearbox. This in-line, triple-cylinder, turbocharged engine is capable of producing 75bhp of power and a peak torque of 210Nm. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual gearbox.

Mahindra has introduced the ‘RideFlo’ suspension technology, which is claimed to offer “superior stability, control & shock absorption engineered for any terrain.”

Mahindra Bolero Mileage

The new Bolero is claimed to offer an ARAI certified fuel economy of about 16kmpl. In real conditions, the Mahindra Bolero delivers about 12-14kmpl of mileage.

Dimension and Boot Space

In terms of proportions, the Bolero is 3995mm long, 1745mm wide and 1880mm tall, and has a wheelbase of 2680mm. The rugged SUV has a ground clearance of 180mm, which is decent for Indian roads. 

The Mahindra Bolero offers a boot space of 370-litres, which can be further expanded up to 690-litres by folding the rear seats. With seating for up to 7 passengers, the Bolero is a perfect vehicle for families with more members, usually in rural locations where bad roads are typical.

Colour Options

The SUV is available in 4 colour options - Stealth Black, Diamond White, Dsat Silver and Lakeside Brown. 

Competition

The Bolero has no direct rivals in the Indian market. In terms of features and specifications, the Mahindra Bolero is competing with Maruti Suzuki Ertiga.
