KIA Cars was founded in 1944 and entered the Indian car market back in 2019. The KIA Seltos SUV was the brand’s first product and became an instant hit, encouraging the automaker to launch the Sonet compact SUV. The company is part of Hyundai Motor Group and manufactures vehicles at its world-class facility in Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh.

Recently launched KIA car was the EV6 which starts at Rs 59.95 lakh (ex-showroom).

The best mileage KIA car is the Sonet which delivers a figure of 24.1 kmpl in its diesel guise. The Sonet is followed by the Carens and the Seltos which offer a claimed fuel efficiency of 21.3 kmpl and 20.8 kmpl respectively.
