Audi has officially confirmed the launch of the new-generation Audi Q3 in the Indian market, set to hit showrooms on October 16, 2026. Featuring sharper styling, a feature and tech-loaded interiors, and efficient powertrain capabilities, the third-generation Q3 aims to reclaim its top spot in the entry-level luxury SUV segment.

Powering the new Audi A3 is the brand's proven 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder, TFSI turbo-petrol engine. This engine produces up to 204hp and 320Nm of torque. Paired with a 7-speed DSG automatic gearbox and Audi's signature Quattro all-wheel-drive system as standard, the engine is claimed to deliver strong mid-range torque and composed high-speed stability.

The third-generation Audi Q3 sports a sharper and more aggressive stance, which is inspired by larger Audi's Q-series models like the Q8 and Q9. Upfront is a wider, octagonal Singleframe grille with vertical chrome slats, flanked by sleeker Matrix LED headlights featuring customizable Daytime Running Lights (DRL) signatures.
The side profile has prominent shoulder lines above the wheel arches that adds to its muscular stance. The SUV rides on newly designed 18-inch and 19-inch alloy wheels. At the back, the new Q2 has connected LED tail-lights with dynamic turn indicators, a refreshed lower bumper, and integrated exhaust tips.

The new-generation Q3 comes with a fully digitized, driver-centric cockpit layout. It is packed with a high-definition 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster with multiple view modes. There is a 10.1-inch central touchscreen display supporting wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and offers cloud-connected navigation.
In terms of features, the third-gen Audi Q3 gets panoramic sunroof, 30-color ambient lighting, dual-zone climate control, electrically-adjustable front seats with memory functions, and a premium audio system.
For safety and security, the Q3 will have multiple airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), front/rear parking sensors with a 360-degree surround view camera, and ADAS tech. The active safety tech will have features like Lane Assist, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind-Spot Monitoring, and others.
In the new avatar, the Audi Q3 addresses areas that matter to luxury compact SUV buyers. It offers an aggressive design, modern and feature-loaded cabin, and proven Quattro driving dynamics.
