This year has already been an exciting one with major car launches like the Mahindra Thar facelift, Skoda Octavia RS, Tata Harrier EV, Maruti Victoris, and the Next-Gen Venue. But the excitement doesn’t end there; one of the most iconic SUVs, the Tata Sierra, is still waiting to make its grand debut. While its official reveal has already taken place, the much-anticipated price announcement is yet to come. Along with the Sierra, several other key car launches are lined up for the remainder of 2025.
Here's a look at the top 6 SUVs that will be launching before the year ends.

The much-awaited Tata Sierra is set to be launched on November 25, 2025. The SUV could be priced between Rs 11-20 lakh (ex-showroom). Competing with models like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Volkswagen Taigun, and Skoda Kushaq, the Sierra promises to stand out with its futuristic design and advanced features. Tata Motors has revealed the exterior and interior of the Sierra, which boasts a triple-screen setup, a first for the brand. The SUV will come with a range of engine options, including a new 1.5 tGDi petrol engine, a 1.5 naturally aspirated petrol engine, and a 1.5 turbo diesel engine. The Sierra will also offer an all-electric variant, set to debut in January 2026.

This three-row SUV will be built on the INGLO platform, similar to the XEV 9e. The XEV 9S will feature a triple-screen setup and sliding middle-row seats. The electric SUV will come with two battery pack options - 59 kWh and 79 kWh, and will be offered in rear-wheel-drive configuration as standard.

Maruti Suzuki's first electric SUV, the e-Vitara, is set to launch on December 2, 2025. The e-Vitara will be available with two battery pack options: a 49 kWh and a 61 kWh version, with the latter offering a range of up to 500 kilometers on a single charge. This electric SUV will feature a front-wheel-drive configuration and is expected to be one of the most affordable EVs in its segment.

Tata Safari Petrol will be launched on December 9, 2025, offering a new engine option for the popular full-size SUV. The new 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine will deliver 168 hp and 280 Nm of torque, available with both manual and automatic transmission options. This addition will expand the appeal of the Safari, known for its spacious cabin and comfortable ride, while offering customers more engine choices in the full-size SUV segment.

Alongside the Safari Petrol, Tata will also launch the Harrier Petrol on December 9, 2025. Previously available only with a diesel engine, the Harrier will now be offered with the same 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine as the Safari, producing 168 hp and 280 Nm of torque. The Harrier Petrol is expected to be more affordable, giving customers an attractive option in the compact SUV segment.

The highly anticipated new-generation Kia Seltos will be revealed globally on December 10, 2025, with a potential Indian launch in early 2026.
