It is a service that is designed to provide you a definite maintenance cost based on the model, contract period, and mileage. Furthermore, you also go in for shorter waiting periods, quicker processing, and priority handling.

The Star Ease maintenance plan’s Flexi plan feature allows a customer to choose from 9 different packages as per their requirements. There is also a Long-Term Plan that provides coverage from 2 years to 10 years, My Choice Plan which you can choose as per your need, and an Unlimited Plan that offers a no mileage restriction.

Besides these, one can also opt for two add-on packs to your Star Ease maintenance package - Compact and Compact Plus. The former adds more features like on board electronics check via XENTRY, an advanced diagnostic tool, replacement of all fluids like engine oil and transmission oil, oil filter and air filter change.

While the Compact Plus Package includes all of the above alongside replacement of both front and rear brake (discs/pads), wiper blade change, wheel alignment and balancing.

Advance Assurance Program

However, there’s also an extended warranty program that makes sure the shimmer of your vehicle is maintained and assures you peace of mind. You can purchase the package on a yearly basis for a maximum of 6 years which also adds a number of services and privileges for a worry-free time.

With the Advance Assurance Program, you get priority handling and express claim processing, no unexpected expenses in the 4th year, unlimited mileage coverage, and a transferable program that enhances your car’s resale value. You can buy the package within 3 years and is honoured at all Mercedes-Benz authorized dealerships across the country.

Certified Assured Program

If you are worried about unexpected expenses cropping up after your Mercedes car’s standard warranty period lapses, then you can avail the Certified Assured Program. Unlike the Advance Assurance package, this is a new break-in package that you can purchase once the 3-year warranty expires, provided there are some terms and conditions which are to be met. The Certified Assured Program warranty program will cover your car for the 4th and 5th year. It offers features like unexpected repair cost cover, genuine spare parts used, zero payment during repairs, fully transferable during resale, and is available across the country. There are two types of Certified Assurance programs you can purchase - Comprehensive Warranty and Engine & Transmission Warranty. The former can be purchased with Gold Assurance that provides 6 months/10,000 kms, or Platinum Assurance that offers a 12 months/20,000 kms period.

The other is similar to the Comprehensive plan in terms of time or mileage, with the main difference being that it only covers the engine and transmission.

Mobilio On-Road Assistance

You never know what may happen when you are driving on Indian roads. An unfortunate incident can leave you stranded on the roadside in which case you might require assistance. This is where Mercedes Mobilio comes in. Under this scheme, there are two packages namely Mobilio Lite and Mobilio Plus.

Mobilio Lite

Mobilo Lite is a 24x7 on-road assistance service applicable for a year on completion of service of your car by an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership. This service can be availed within 50 kms from the nearest Mercedes-Benz dealer. In case of a break-down, assistance will be provided by their trained technician to ensure you always stay on the move.

Mobilio Plus

You can have this package for a period of up to 8 years, the first 3 years being free.
