The company will introduce the Jetour T2 plug-in hybrid SUV, which promises over 1,000 km of driving range. The JSW Jetour T2 is likely to be officially launch in the Indian market around October 2026, during the Diwali festive season. The SUV will initially come via a CKD route with local assembly planned at JSW’s facility in Maharashtra.
We expect the new Jetour T2 PHEV to cost somewhere between Rs 25 lakh and Rs 30 lakh, ex-showroom.

The Jetour T2 will be offered with a 1.5-litre I-DM Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) powertrain, combining a 1.5L turbo petrol engine with an electric motor and a 26.7 kWh battery pack. The powertrain offers a combined power and torque output of 381 hp and 610 Nm, respectively. The company could also introduce the SUV with a 2.0L turbo petrol engine paired with a 7-speed DCT and intelligent All-Wheel Drive (AWD) system.
The SUV is claimed to offer a pure EV range of up to 139 km, making daily city commutes zero-emission. The Jetour T2 is claimed to offer a combined range of up to 1200 km on a full tank of petrol and a completely battery charge.
