Indian large families always opt for 3-row utility vehicles to make their long distance drives comfortable. If you are in search of a spacious and affordable MPV, here is the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga that meets most of your requirements. Not just highways, its sleek design and efficient engine make it well-suited for city commutes as well.
If you are looking to buy a reliable, versatile, spacious and feature-loaded MPV, the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga would be the best to buy. Here are the reasons why:

The Maruti Suzuki Ertiga is designed in a manner to create more space inside to accommodate 7 adults without much discomfort. There are several spaces to carry your belongings like cup holders, bottle holders and others. Space for the middle and last row is significantly improved compared to its previous iteration. With little adjustments to second-row seats, the third-row seats can accommodate 3 average height adults. However, we would suggest two adults in the third row seat. With all seats up, the Ertiga can hold 3 small bags in its boot.
The seats are designed in a way to offer ample legroom and headroom space for all occupants, which makes long journeys enjoyable. The second-row and third-row seats can be folded down to create extra space for carrying luggage. The 2nd row 60:40 split seats come with one touch recline & slide function, while the 3rd row 50:50 split seats are offered with recline function. It also comes with front & 2nd row armrests.

It is equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The Ertiga comes with Arkamys sound system with 4 speakers and 2 tweeters. This MPV features a turn-by-turn navigation screen on MID. Other features include engine push start/stop with smart key, automatic climate control with roof mounted AC for 2nd row with 2 stage speed control, remote keyless entry, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs and cruise control..
The Maruti Suzuki Ertiga is powered by a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder, naturally-aspirated petrol engine that churns out 102bhp and 136.8Nm of torque. This engine is paired to either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed torque convertor automatic. In the CNG mode, the engine is tuned to offer 87bhp and 121.5Nm of torque. It is only offered with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
