Tata Motors has an exciting lineup of new cars set to attract Indian customers. Most of these upcoming models have already been showcased at the Auto Expo held in January 2023. With the introduction of these upcoming cars, Tata intends to showcase the brand's commitment to design, innovation and sustainability.
Here is the list of upcoming Tata cars in 2023.

Tata Altroz Racer is a premium hot hatchback that was showcased by the brand at the Auto Expo 2023. The car is slated to launch in the country by September 2023. Based on the regular Altroz hatchback, the upcoming model will only get cosmetic and mechanical updates.
From the outside, the new Tata Altroz features a dual-tone theme with Red and Black colour. White stripes over the roof and bonnet along with an extended spoiler make the hatch look sporty.
On the inside, the Altroz hatchback will feature a blacked-out interior with Red and White accents around seats, AC vents and gear lever. A bigger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with a new UI will be its main highlight.
As for the powertrain, the upcoming Altroz will get powerful engines compared to the regular model. It will be powered by a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder, turbo petrol engine which can deliver 120 bhp of maximum power output and 170 Nm of peak torque. Transmission options might include a 6-speed manual gearbox or the DCA automatic gearbox.

Apart from Altroz, Tata also showcased Punch CNG at the Delhi Auto Expo 2023. As revealed at the event, the micro SUV will come with a split tank setup which will liberate boot space. Each tank will have a capacity of 30 litres.
In terms of features, the upcoming Punch CNG will offer a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment with Android Auto & Apple CarPlay connectivity. In addition to these features, the car will offer a semi-digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, a height-adjustable driver's seat, an engine start/stop button and more.
The powertrain option of the upcoming Punch will include a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine. This will put out the power of 84 bhp and 113 Nm of torque. However, in the CNG mode, it will only produce 76 bhp with 93 Nm of torque. Besides, it will be paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard.

Tata Motors is also planning to bring facelifted Nexon to the Indian car market. Inspired by larger SUV models, the 2023 Nexon will make its appearance in August this year.
According to the leaked spy shots, the upcoming Nexon will have a split design grille along with diamond-like elements on the lower half. A full-width LED light bar will be placed above the grille. Taillights of the upcoming Nexon will also be redesigned.
Moreover, the new model will feature a flat-bottomed steering wheel and a fully digital instrument cluster. The steering wheel will have an illuminated logo of the brand. Besides, the car will provide new paddle shifters, a 10.25-inch infotainment system, ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, and a 360-degree camera. It is also said that Tata may offer ADAS tech on the Nexon facelift.

Another upcoming car from the brand is Sierra EV which was the showstopper at the 2023 Auto Expo. The company may launch this car anytime in 2023.
Based on Tata's Gen-2 EV platform, the upcoming EV will feature a sleek and progressive vision of the company’s lounge-like driving concept. The car will be offered in a 5-seat layout only.
In terms of features, it will get a large touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto & Apple CarPlay connectivity, a digital instrument cluster, electrically adjustable front seats, and more.
In conclusion, these upcoming Tata cars embody the brand's dedication to delivering exceptional driving experiences while pushing boundaries in the automotive industry.
