The Indian car market is brimming with excitement for the upcoming lineup of cars. A host of automakers are gearing up to launch new and impressive models that cater to various preferences of customers. The big launch among all will be the premium MPV, Invicto by Maruti Suzuki. Other car launches include Hyundai Exter and the facelifted Kia Seltos which will feature modern design and better performance.
If you are planning to buy a new car in the coming days, wait for these three upcoming cars in July 2023.

Kia Seltos has already made a significant impact in the Indian car market and continues to be a highly anticipated choice for compact SUV buyers. Now, the automaker is coming up with a facelifted version of the Seltos with new features, better engines and an updated design. The new model is set to hit the market on 4 July 2023.
The 2023 Seltos will get upgraded fascia, with a reworked front grille and new headlamps with LED DRL signature. It will also boast an all-new front bumper with a larger and reworked silver skid plate. One of the notable changes on the upcoming Seltos would be the inclusion of a panoramic sunroof which will be the replacement of the single-pane unit available in the current model.
As far as the powertrain options are concerned, the new Seltos will carry the same powertrain options as the outgoing model. These include 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol and 1.5-litre turbo diesel units. The automaker might also introduce the 1.5-litre turbo-petrol motor that can make 160 bhp with 252 Nm of peak torque. It will also have multiple transmission options including 6-speed iMT, 6-speed manual, 6-speed torque converter automatic, and the 7-speed DCT automatic gearboxes.
Prices for the upcoming Kia Seltos facelift will fall in the range of Rs 10 lakh to Rs 20 lakh (ex-showroom).

Another upcoming car in July 2023 is the new Maruti Suzuki Invicto which is coming from the biggest automaker, Maruti Suzuki. The premium MPV will be the new flagship model in the company's lineup and will be launched on 5th July in India.
The upcoming Invicto will be based on the Toyota Innova Hycross. However, Maruti's MPV will feature some exterior design updates to make it distinctive from the successful Hycross. There will be subtle changes to the front grille and bumper. To enhance the overall premium appeal, the MPV will feature an all-black theme along with copper accents. However, Maruti Suzuki might skip the ADAS tech to keep the price in check.
As for the engine options, the MPV will get the same engine as Innova Hycross. However, it will only get a 2.0-litre hybrid unit, skipping the naturally-aspirated petrol engine. The hybrid powertrain will be paired with an electric motor which will provide a combined power of 183 bhp. The transmission option will include an e-CVT.
In terms of pricing, the all-new Invicto will come in the price range of Rs 20 lakh to Rs 30 lakh (ex-showroom).

The South Korean automaker, Hyundai Motor India will launch its highly anticipated micro-SUV, Exter. Set for a 10 July launch, the new model will be the small SUV offering from the company.
According to the media reports, the upcoming car will feature the company’s ‘Sensuous Sportiness’ design philosophy. Distinct elements on the exterior include the signature H motif LED tail lights along with the full-width black textured bar. In terms of interior features, the SUV will provide an electric sunroof, connected tech, cruise control, wireless charger, and more features.
The upcoming Exter will take power from a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, same as the Grand i10 NIOS and Aura. This motor will send a power output of 82 bhp and 114 Nm of torque. Transmission options will include the 5-speed manual or the AMT gearboxes. Prices for the Exter will be announced during the launch.
As of now, these are the three car models that are arriving in the Indian car market by July 2023. Stay tuned for more updates!
