The new Tata Sierra 2025 will feature a bold, modern design with a mix of retro and futuristic elements. It will come with both petrol and diesel options, but the most exciting part is the upcoming Tata Sierra EV.
Tata Sierra EV will be an all-electric version of this SUV, expected to offer a range of around 450-500 km on a single charge. It will come with a cool triple-screen setup inside, making it a high-tech option for anyone interested in a sustainable ride. Although we’ll have to wait a bit longer for the Toyota Urban Cruiser BEV, it’s worth mentioning because it’s going to be another exciting addition to the electric SUV market. Set to launch in the first half of 2026, this electric SUV will be built on Suzuki’s e-HEARTECT platform. Maruti Suzuki is also jumping into the electric vehicle game with its first fully electric SUV - the e Vitara. It’s set to go on sale next month and will be available through Maruti’s premium Nexa dealerships. The e Vitara will offer two battery options, 49 kWh and 61 kWh, which will give it a decent range for daily driving. It’s expected to compete with electric vehicles like the Tata Nexon EV and the MG ZS EV.
