The wait is finally over! Tata Motors has announced the price for the new Tata Sierra, which is set at Rs 11.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The bookings for this new Tata SUV will open on December 16, 2025, and deliveries are scheduled to start on January 15, 2026.
With a fresh design, new features, and a powerful set of engines, the 2025 Tata Sierra brings back the iconic name after 22 years. Here’s everything you need to know about the new Sierra, including its price, booking details, and features.
The Tata Sierra 2025 is priced at Rs 11.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Bookings will open on December 16, 2025, and the first deliveries will begin on January 15, 2026.
The new Sierra is built on the ARGOS platform, which supports multiple body styles and the possibility of an AWD version in the future. The Sierra will be available in 7 trims: Smart Plus, Pure, Pure Plus, Adventure, Adventure Plus, Accomplished, and Accomplished Plus.
The Sierra comes with three engine options:
- 1.5-litre Kryojet diesel engine, with 118 PS and 260 Nm (MT) or 280 Nm (AT).
- 1.5-litre TGDi Hyperion engine, producing 160 PS and 255 Nm, paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission (AT).
- 1.5-litre NA Revotron engine with 106 PS and 145 Nm, available with a 6-speed manual transmission (MT) or 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT).
An AWD version will be available soon.
Inside, the Tata Sierra offers a premium feel. It features a triple-screen dashboard with two 12.3-inch HD displays and a 10.25-inch HD display for the driver. The cabin has a black and grey theme, with a large panoramic sunroof that adds to the airy and bright feel.
The seats come in a dual-tone beige and grey finish, with adjustable headrests and 3-point seatbelts for safety. Some of the premium features include:

- Powered and ventilated front seats
- Rear sunshades
- 360-degree camera
- Level-2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System)

The exterior of the 2025 Sierra features a fresh and modern design. The front gets connected LED DRLs, sleek LED headlights, and a bold "Sierra" badge. The SUV also has a large skid plate on the bumper and gloss-black panels for a premium look.
From the side, it keeps the iconic Alpine window effect with large windows between the B and C pillars. The 19-inch alloy wheels add to its strong road presence, while the rear of the vehicle gets a clean, modern look with a full-width LED light bar and a silver skid plate.
The new Tata Sierra will be available in six attractive monotone colours: Andaman Adventure, Bengal Rouge, Coorg Clouds, Mintal Grey, Munnar Mist, and Pristine White.
