The long-awaited Tata Curvv SUV Coupe has recently made its debut in production avatar. It will be offered with both ICE and electric powertrain options. The prices of the Tata Curvv electric will be revealed on August 7, while the ICE version will arrive at a later stage.
The Tata Curvv electric is based on the brand's new Acti.ev architecture that also underpins the Punch.ev. This platform is versatile enough to accommodate different body styles and bigger battery packs along with dual-motor for AWD setup.

The new Curvv electric will come equipped with Level 2 ADAS tech, which we have already seen on the Safari and Harrier. ADAS features includes Adaptive Cruise Control, autonomous emergency braking, forward collision warning, rear collision warning, traffic sign recognition, high beam assist, lane assist, blind spot detection, rear cross traffic alert and door open alert. Similar to the Safari and Harrier, the new Tata Curvv EV is expected to score a full 5-star safety rating from GNCAP and BNCAP.
Tata Motors has not revealed the specifications of the electric Curvv. However, the new model is expected to offer a range of up to 500km on a single charge. It is likely to come in two battery pack options with top-end model to get around 60kWh battery pack. The electric SUV is expected to support V2L (Vehicle-To-Load) or V2V (Vehicle-to-Vehicle) functions.
