The compact sedan, Hyundai Aura has been a popular choice in the segment. It is not just stylish but is a feature-loaded and affordable car in the brand’s portfolio. Introduced as a successor to Hyundai Xcent, the Aura was first launched in January 2020. After three years of its launch, it received a facelift from the South Korean manufacturer. With the facelift version, customers now get a refreshed design, new tech features, and safety enhancement.
Those who are planning to buy a new car with a good design and affordable price can consider the new Hyundai Aura.
Here is a quick overview of its design, features and safety:

The outer appearance of the Hyundai Aura looks quite stylish. Up front, it has a black radiator grille with the L-shaped LED DRLs. The side profile is characterized by a strong shoulder line and 15-inch dual-tone alloy wheels. At the rear, we get to see stylish Z-shaped LED tail lamps, an edgy bumper, a boot lip spoiler, and a shark-fin antenna.
The overall design of the Aura exhibits elegance with sportiness which makes its looks visually appealing in the compact sedan segment.

Not only from the outside, the Aura sedan is well-equipped on the inside. This compact sedan offers an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay & Android Auto connectivity.
Some of the other tech features include a wireless phone charger, a 3.5-inch Speedometer with a multi-information display, automatic climate control, voice recognition, premium glossy black inserts, footwell lighting, metal-finish inside door handles, USB port connectivity, a height-adjustable driver seat, a cooled glove box, a fast USB type-C charger, and more.
Please note that the availability of these features may vary depending on the variant you prefer to buy.

Not just for style and features, the Aura has been designed to offer a secure driving experience. It offers a range of safety features including up to 6 airbags, ISOFIX child seat mounts, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), Vehicle Stability Management (VSM), ABS with EBD and more.
Hyundai Aura is available with six attractive exterior paint schemes - Polar White, Titan Grey, Teal Blue, Typhoon Silver, Fiery Red, and Starry Night. Although there are no options for the dual-tone, these single-tone colors are captivating enough.

Under the hood, Hyundai Aura houses a 1.2-litre engine in both petrol and CNG fuel types. The petrol engine is rated for a maximum power of 82 bhp and peak torque of 114 Nm, while in CNG mode the power is reduced to 68 bhp with 95 Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT gearbox.
As far as fuel efficiency is concerned, the Aura does not disappoint much. With the CNG manual, the sedan offers an impressive ARAI-claimed range of 22 km/kg. When running on petrol (either mated with a manual or automatic gearbox), it can deliver a mileage of 17 kmpl.
