2023 has been quite a busy year for BMW cars. What started off with the launch of the flagship 7-Series and i7 sedan, ended with the reintroduction of the X4 Coupe SUV in its new powerful guise. Continuing this momentum for 2024, the company is all set to unveil a line-up of highly anticipated cars.
On the list of models for 2024 currently expected is the iconic BMW M3, which looks to carry forward the success of the M2, the next-generation BMW 5-Series/i5 that is set to redefine the luxury compact sedan segment and the BMW X6 Facelift which promises a refreshed design and enhanced features for its fans.
Have a look at each model to understand their expected changes:

First car on the list is the BMW M3 which is likely to arrive in the market towards the end of this year or early 2024. One of the significant highlights of the M3 will be its new curved dual display using the latest generation i-Drive software. The current M3 is powered by a 3.0-litre petrol engine, Inline 6 Cylinder turbocharged engine which has the capability to deliver 480 bhp of power. For the 2024 M3 model, the details have not been revealed yet. As for the prices, the upcoming BMW car could be priced from Rs 70 lakh (ex-showroom) and can reach up to Rs 1 crore (ex-showroom).

Next on the line is the new BMW 5-series which will be launched by next year along with its fully electric version, i5. Both models will feature an attractive exterior design.
Even on the inside, the 2024 BMW 5-series will get a seamless screen for a 14.9-inch infotainment system along with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. ADAS suite will also be on offer.
Talking about performance, the 5-series will get an entry-level 2.0-litre turbo 4-cylinder in the 530i (205 bhp) and a 2-litre turbo diesel in the 520d (197 bhp). Its 530e along with the strong-hybrid motor can produce the combined power of 299 bhp while the high-end 550e 6-cylinder strong hybrid can deliver 489 bhp of max power.

Another highly anticipated BMW car on the list is the facelifted X6 model, slated to launch by early 2024. From the design perspective, the upcoming X6 facelift is likely to get the updated front fascia. On the inside, the car will be featuring the brand's latest iDrive 8.0 for the 14.9-inch infotainment screen and the 12.3-inch instrument cluster.
As for the powertrain options, the car will come powered by an updated range of petrol, diesel, and hybrid powertrain options. It will include an 8-speed automatic and the xDrive AWD system as standard. Besides, all the iterations of the X6 will feature a 48V battery that adds the power of 12 bhp with 200 Nm torque.
