The EQB is the first 3-row electric SUV in India. Mercedes-Benz India launched the EQB in December 2022 at a price tag of Rs 74.5 lakh (ex-showroom). It shares the same architecture as the Mercedes GLB and retains its basic design silhouette. That said, the SUV looks different due to its reprofiled front and rear bumpers, blanked-off front grille, and a full-width LED light bar located both in the front and towards the rear. Further the headlight and taillight design have also been tweaked.
Even its interior layout is quite similar to the GLA and GLB except for the golden inserts found on its turbine-like air vents. Another key highlight of the EQB is its 7-seater configuration that boosts practicality. Apart from this, Mercedes-Benz offers eye-catching 64-colour ambient lighting inside and other features such as a panoramic sunroof, dual 10.25-inch displays (driver’s display and an infotainment touchscreen), a powered tailgate alongside electrically-adjustable front seats. The EQB is equipped with a powerful 66.5kWh battery pack offering a range of up to 423 kms on a single full charge.
Talking about safety then the four-wheeler provides 7 airbags with ADAS features like Forward Collision Warning, Child Lock, High-beam Assist, Anti-theft Engine immobilizer, Lane Departure, and more.

Along with the EQB, Mercedes-Benz also launched its 3-row GLB luxury SUV in the country at a price range of Rs 63.8 lakh (ex-showroom) for the petrol variant and Rs 69.8 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top-spec diesel trim.
Mercedes-Benz GLB is the latest addition to the brand's lineup of vehicles. Its robust lines and distinctive rear ensure that the SUV stands apart. On the inside, the GLB provides electrically adjustable front seats with lumbar support & memory function, wireless charging, two-zone climate control, 64-colour ambient lighting, and more. Its 7 airbags ensure the safety of its occupants at all times. Using its Easy-Pack tailgate feature, one can easily load and unload the boot conveniently at the click of a button. Overall, the GLB offers decent driving dynamics, a good practicality package, and loads of features which make this car worth buying.

Another premium and exciting vehicle from the German brand is Mercedes-AMG E 53 Cabriolet 4Matic+. Its striking charisma drew everyone closer. Launched in January 2023 at a price tag of Rs 1.3 crore (ex-showroom), this model is the fourth 53-badged product in the country after the E 53 sedan, GLE 53 coupe-SUV, and EQS 53 sedan.
The AMG E53 4Matic offers the luxury of a convertible and supercar performance. The two-door convertible provides an interior which is highlighted via a black theme that offers red stitching on its upholstery. Further, carbon fibre inserts can be found on the dashboard and centre console. The availability of a dual screen of 12.3-inch (MBUX infotainment and entertainment digital setup) provides all the essential information to the driver. With the expressive AMG styling, its exterior look is a statement of sensory dynamism.

When the AMG E53 Cabriolet was introduced, the company shared its strategy for 2023 in order to improve its sales. One of their strategies revealed by the automaker was to "think and act like a luxury brand". As said by the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Santosh Iyer, there will be a total of 10 new models released this year; the majority of upcoming Mercedes car models will be in the top-spec and would fall into the EV category.
With the addition of new luxurious models in the Mercedes family, the company also has claimed to bring new models this year. In fact, the automaker announced its motto for 2023 will be "Desire for the Extraordinaire". They also have the aim of building the most desirable cars in the world.
