- Citroen C3 Aircross Dhoni Edition gets stripped design '7' decals - It has new 'Dhoni Edition' graphics on the front doors - No mechanical changes
It is no secret that MS Dhoni is the new brand ambassador for Citroen India. After making it official, Citroen India has revealed a new special edition of the C3 Aircross - called the 'Dhoni Edition'.
Citroen C3 Aircross Dhoni Edition Key Details
The Citroen C3 Aircross Dhoni Edition comes with cosmetic design changes; however, there are no significant upgrades when it comes to look and feel. It comes with new stripped design '7' decals on the rear door panels. The big highlight is the 'Dhoni Edition' graphics on the front doors.
Citroen India has announced that customers who book the C3 Aircross Dhoni Edition will get a chance to win merchandise in collaboration with Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Other editions include themed cushions, illuminated door sills, seat belt cushions, and a front dash camera.
The new Citroen C3 Aircross Dhoni Edition gets the same 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine that powers the regular model. This engine is paired to either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque convertor automatic unit. It is capable of producing 109bhp and 190Nm of torque. The torque output increases to 205Nm with the automatic gearbox.
