Kia India has introduced a new Gravity trim for its popular models—the Sonet, Seltos and Carens—enhancing their premium appeal. This launch marks Kia's 5th anniversary in India and adds more luxury and advanced features to their lineup. Here's a detailed look at each model:

Kia's sub-compact SUV, the Sonet, adds a range of stylish and practical features with the Gravity trim. Some of these include a wireless phone charger, 16-inch alloy wheel, dash camera and indigo pera seats with navy stitching. The Sonet Gravity trim is positioned above the HTK+ trim.
The Sonet Gravity is available with these powertrain options: Petrol G1.2 (5-speed MT), petrol G1.0T (6-speed iMT) and diesel D1.5 (6-speed MT).
Ex-showroom prices are as follows:
- G1.2: Rs 10,49,900
- G1.0T: Rs 11,19,900
- D1.5: Rs 11,99,900

The Carens MPV, known for its family-friendly features, now has become more desirable. Some of the features include leatherette door trims and armrests, a sunroof, a D-cut leather steering wheel and a dash camera. The Carens Gravity trim is an upgrade over the Premium (O) variant.
It is available with three engine choices: Petrol 1.5 MPI, Petrol 1.5 T-GDI and Diesel 1.5 VGT.
Ex-showroom prices are as follows:
- Gamma 1.5 MPI: Rs 12,09,900
- Kappa 1.5 T-GDI: Rs 13,49,900
- U2 1.5 VGT: Rs 13,99,900

The Seltos, Kia's flagship SUV, gets a lot of equipment added courtesy of Gravity trim, including 17” Machined Wheels, Body-Coloured Door Handles, a BOSE Speaker System and an Electronic Parking Brake (EPB). This variant is slotted above the HTX trim.
The Seltos Gravity will come with three engines under the hood: Petrol G1.5 (6-speed MT and IVT) and diesel 1.5L CRDi (6-speed MT).
Ex-showroom prices are as follows:
- G1.5 6MT: Rs 16,62,900
- G1.5 IVT: Rs 18,05,900,
- 1.5L CRDi 6MT: Rs 18,20,900
Kia India's Chief Sales Officer, Mr. Joonsu Cho, highlighted that these new trims reflect the brand’s commitment to luxury and innovation. Kia India is also set to launch the EV9 and the new Carnival in October, continuing its strong presence in the Indian automotive market.
