Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited (SAVWIPL) has officially announced the addition of Bentley, the iconic British luxury car brand, to its portfolio. Starting from July 1, 2025, SAVWIPL will exclusively import, distribute, and service Bentley vehicles in India. This move marks a significant step in the Group's commitment to India's rapidly growing luxury car market.
A new entity, Bentley India, will handle all marketing, sales, and after-sales services. Abbey Thomas, an experienced automotive professional, has been appointed as the Brand Director of Bentley India. He will spearhead the brand's strategy and operations in the country.

Bentley India will open three new showrooms in key cities: Bengaluru, Mumbai, and New Delhi. These dealerships will serve India’s ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNI), showcasing Bentley’s blend of performance, craftsmanship, and luxury.
According to Piyush Arora, Managing Director and CEO of Skoda Auto Volkswagen India, adding Bentley to the group’s portfolio is a proud achievement. He mentioned, “India’s appetite for uncompromising luxury is growing rapidly. With Bentley, we now offer a range of vehicles from German precision to British elegance, ensuring our customers experience the best of both worlds.”

Jan Bures, Executive Director of Sales, Marketing, and Digital at SAVWIPL, highlighted the growing UHNIs (Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals) in India and how Bentley’s presence will cater to their desire for automotive excellence. He said, “We, along with our new dealer partners, will ensure the best of luxury and performance for our customers.”
