Standing tall with a history of over 100 years, Audi Car has been potent player in the Indian luxury cars segment selling sedan, SUV and EV models in the country. The automaker entered the Indian market at the start of 2004, with various Completely Built Units and then switched to a local production/assembly towards the end of 2006. One of the key reasons for Audi’s success in India is its clean design. Most models in the brands line-up have a strong road presence that this segment customers love. All Audi car models are characterised by the single frame hexagonal front grille, clean line and an overall fluidic design. On the inside, the cabin is finished in rich materials that enhance the feeling of luxury along with futuristic dashboard layout. In addition, the company also have an ever-expanding portfolio of EVs with four models (e-tron, e-tron Sportback, e-tron GT, e-tron GT RS).
Audi car starting price in India is Rs 43.12 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base variant A4 saloon and goes all the way up to Rs 2.16 crore for the RS Q8, sports SUV. Some of the high-volume models like the Q3, Q5 and the A6 are priced between Rs 45 lakh (ex-showroom) and Rs 61 lakh (ex-showroom) respectively.

After tasting success with its first EV models, Audi India is committed to launch more models in the country. The first upcoming Audi car model expected to launch in India is the A3 facelift in Q1 2023. Post that we expect the car maker to launch EV models like the Q4 e-tron SUV/ Sportback, e-tron S/ Sportback, Q6 e-tron/ Sportback and the A6 e-tron.
