New Lexus ES 350h priced between Rs 66.10 lakh and Rs 71.80 lakh Hybrid engine offers a combined power output of 244hp 0-100kmph in 7.7 seconds
Lexus India has officially launched the new ES 350h in the Indian market. The all-new Lexus ES 350h is available in two variants - Exquisite and Luxury - priced at Rs 66.10 lakh and Rs 71.80 lakh, respectively. Interested customers can book the new hybrid electric vehicle across all Lexus Guest Experience Centres in India.
Based on the TNGA GA-K platform, the eighth generation of the Lexus sedan comes with all-new design inside and out. The new ES 350h is powered by a 2.5-litre, 4-cylinder strong hybrid petrol powertrain paired to an electronically controlled continuously variable transmission (e-CVT). The naturally-aspirated petrol unit produces 186hp and 235Nm of torque, while the electric motor offers 201hp and 270Nm. The combined system output stands at 244hp. It is claimed to achieve 0-100kmph acceleration in just 7.7 seconds.
The new ES 350h introduces the brand’s Clean Tech x Elegance design concept. Guided by the concept of “Pleasant Time for All Seats,” the ES is designed to provide a relaxing and refined experience for every occupant. The new model is dimensionally larger than its predecessor. A longer wheelbase, wider body, and a taller profile adds to its commanding road presence.
On the outside, the ES 350h gets the signature L-shaped lighting elements and a revised rear design. It comes with electronic door latch releases with Safe Exit Assist further enhance convenience and safety. The hybrid vehicle is available in multiple colours, including White Nova, Sonic Titanium, Graphite Black along with the new SOU and Sonic Copper.
Inside the cabin, the Lexus ES 350h has the Tazuna cockpit concept that places key controls and information within easy reach and view of the driver. It gets a 14-inch HD touchscreen that features the latest Lexus Interface, while a 12.3-inch fully digital instrument cluster shows vehicle information for enhanced convenience and ease of use.
It is packed with Mark Levinson premium audio system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, two wireless phone chargers, powered front seats with heating and ventilation, triple-zone climate control, a head-up display, a digital IRVM, multi-colour ambient lighting, a power-operated bootlid, and others. For safety and security, the Lexus ES 350h gets advanced driver assistance system with features like adaptive cruise control, lane-change assist, blind-spot monitoring, adaptive high-beam assist and driver drowsiness monitor. It also gets 10 airbags, surround-view camera, hill-hold assist, an electronic parking brake with auto-hold, electronic stability control and all-round parking sensors.
