Lexus has revealed the all-new 2025 ES sedan at the Shanghai Motor Show. the 8th-gen sedan has introduced a fresh design, updated features, and new powertrain options. The sedan will go on sale in Europe after its debut in China.

The new ES follows Lexus’ latest “Clean Tech x Elegance” design theme. It replaces the familiar spindle grille with a sleeker design that blends into the bumper. The bonnet is flatter and the nose sits lower, giving it a modern look.
The headlamps now feature a new L-shaped design with matching daytime running lights and turn indicators. At the back, L-shaped tail lights and a connected LED light bar add a premium touch.
The 2025 ES is now longer and wider. It measures:
The extended wheelbase and wider tracks mean more legroom, especially in the back seats.

Inside, the focus is on passenger comfort. The rear seats can recline and even get ottoman-style leg support. The front passenger seat folds forward to give extra legroom for the person behind.
