Hyundai India has showcased new car lineup at Bharat Mobility Show 2025 including electric SUVs, hydrogen fuel cell car, flex-fuel options with more advanced features and efficient performances.
Let's take a look at what Hyundai brings for customers:

Hyundai has launched an all-electric SUV in India and will also sell the car in this country sooner. Its price has been set between Rs. 17.99 lakh and Rs. 23.50 lakh, ex-showroom. It has four trims: Executive, Smart, Premium, and Excellence.
Creta EV comes sporting the same design language of the regular Creta in different fashion, such as a novel grille pixelated, with its body marked by a charging flap carrying on the Hyundai signature. While at the bumper an active air flaps have been revised to enhance its battery cooling abilities as well aerodynamics. Features incorporated include LED DRLs as well as its headlamps in the style of signature connected format as 'L'.
The interior of Creta EV is an absolute tech-savvy where two 10.25-inch digital boards for drivers' and infotainment information are available, Bose sound system, ventilated and power-adjustable front seats, and also V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) technology, i-Pedal, and Shift-by-wire gear system.
This EV comes with the two variants of batteries: a 51.4 kWh said to provide an extended range for 473 kilometers on a single charge, and 42 kWh providing a range for 390 km on a single charge. Only 7.9 seconds of time is consumed in accelerating it from 0-100 kmph. It will take close to 58 minutes to fully charge the battery from 10% to 80% when using fast DC charging, whereas full charging from home via Smart Connected Wall Box is estimated to be about 4 hours.

Hyundai has announced the latest model to join its family, the Ioniq 9. An all-electric, 3-row SUV within its Born-EV line-up, this will offer up to 620 km of range. Performance as much as efficiency was key, along with the rather futuristic, curvaceous style, pixel-like vertically stacked headlights, an all-black grille hiding a radar sensor, digital side mirrors, and aerodynamic 19-inch alloy wheels upgraded to 21 inches.
Inside, the Ioniq 9 has a spartan, two-tone cabin, with a prominent curved panel mounting two large digital screens: one for the instrument cluster and the other for infotainment. The cabin accommodates up to six or seven passengers, and on the six-seat model, the second row of seats rotates 180 degrees to ease access to passengers when parked in the third row.
The Ioniq 9 has a 110.3 kWh battery, and it comes in two drivetrain variants: RWD long-range and AWD performance. Moreover, the car can get an ultra-fast charge up to 80% under 24 minutes using a 350 kW DC fast charger. It also gives 10 airbags, 360-degree camera system, Level-2 ADAS for more safety, and inside performance with dynamic torque vectoring and AI-powered Terrain Traction Control.

Hyundai Staria is one of those really futuristic-looking MPVs that was seen at Auto Expo 2025. The car boasts with a very wide LED DRL strip running across its face, a very large grille, and pixelated headlights. The car boasts with seating capacity up to 11 people spread over four rows. It is really ideal for very large families or a group of eleven.
Inside, the car has an impressive 10.25-inch touchscreen, digital driver display, 64-color ambient lighting, and a premium Bose sound system. Level 2 ADAS safety features are some of the elements that make the vehicle attractive as a whole.
The powertrain and hybrid options join V6 petrol and diesel under the bonnet. The diesel engine has an approximate power generation of about 175 bhp and 431 Nm torque, and is a 2.2-litre unit. This one also features the 1.6-litre turbo petrol, which delivers 180.47 bhp and 265 Nm of torque. An electric motor has been featured with this car that produces 73 bhp and 304 Nm of torque. A 6-speed manual and an 8-speed automatic gearbox have been given.

Hyundai showcased the 1.0-litre Turbo Petrol version of Creta at Auto Expo 2025 with which can run E100 ethanol. The model was available in the South American markets thus far, and the flex fuel tech is an outstanding step to get on the flex fuel automobiles that go forward and potentially work on everything.
It comes with 1.0-litre turbocharged capacity and has maximum capacity of 121.66 bhp with a maximum torque of 172 Nm. Optimized for pure E100 ethanol, it hence provides clean and green gasoline-free alternative petrol. Carrying a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission makes it move very smoothly over the road.
Although Hyundai has not made any official announcement about bringing this flex-fuel Creta to India, the model does indicate the brand's commitment to developing sustainable mobility solutions. The Indian market offers the Creta with multiple engine options, including petrol, diesel, and the newly launched Creta Electric, but the ethanol version is not part of the Indian lineup as of now.

Hyundai was also seen showcasing Nexo, a hydrogen fuel-cell car at Auto Expo 2025. Even though the Nexo won't be landing in Indian showrooms anytime sooner, the model signifies that Hyundai isn't averse to alternative fuel technologies.
The Nexo has LED light bars, flared wheel arches, and low-set headlamps. The backside has triangular taillights to give it an extra distinctiveness. The Nexo is 4.67 meters in length, 1.86 meters in width, and a height of 1.64 meters, which is enough to give one adequate interior space to travel comfortably.
Outside model will get leatherette upholstery, twin digital displays, connected car technology, and a 360-degree camera system. The 120 kWh battery under the hood will propel the Nexo through electricity generated by hydrogen, with Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) giving out 161 bhp and 395 Nm of torque. Highly unlikely to happen for an Indian launch, the Nexo does give a glimpse into the future of mobility based on hydrogen.
