Mahindra had entered the next phase of its EV journey in India with the launch of its all-new electric SUVs — Mahindra XEV 9e and Mahindra BE 6. First unveiled in November 2024, the Mahindra electric SUVs officially hit the market on February 14, 2025. Surprisingly, the brand had received an impressive 30,179 bookings on launch day alone.
As of April 9, 2025, Mahindra has successfully delivered over 3,000 all-electric Origin SUVs across India. The strong demand reflects the growing interest in premium, homegrown electric mobility solutions. The company has ramped up production and deliveries to meet the surge in bookings.
