EQA’s overall silhouette resembles that of the ICE GLA SUV. At over 4.4 metres in length, it runs long and maintains a crossover-like stance. Signature Mercedes bits like the three-pointed star look familiar and its nose is accentuated with an LED bridge connecting the headlamps. Nineteen-inch alloy wheels on this one are new.
The cabin equipment list runs long ranging from a steering wheel with touch controls, head-up display, 10.25-inch touchscreen with MBUX connectivity and gesture control, 12-speaker Burmester setup and 360-degree camera to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).

For India, Mercedes has equipped the EQA 250+ with a 70.5 kWh battery pack married to a front-wheel drive motor producing 190 horsepower and 385 Nm of pull force. While we are yet to test it out on our roads, its WLTP range happens to be 560 kilometres. The NMC unit is fast-charging compatible and takes 35 minutes to charge from 10 to 80 per cent. A standard 11kW AC charger takes 7.15 hours for a full charge.
