2026 Hyundai Verna Facelift - Top 9 First-in-Segment Features

Hyundai India has launched the 2026 Hyundai Verna facelift in India. Prices start at Rs 10.98 lakh for the base petrol variant and go up to Rs 18.25 lakh for the top-end Turbo GDi DCT model. The facelift brings bold styling, a premium cabin, advanced technology, and several first-in-segment features that make it a standout in the premium sedan segment.


1. Driver Memory Seat with Welcome Retract Function


The driver seat remembers your preferred position and automatically moves when you get in, making entry and exit effortless.


2. Passenger Electric Walk-In Device


This feature helps the front passenger enter or exit the car easily with just a push of a button.


3. Rear Window Sunshade


Adds privacy and protects rear passengers from harsh sunlight.


4. Smart Trunk


The Verna facelift offers the largest boot in its segment at 528 litres, making it perfect for luggage and storage.


5. Bose Premium 8-Speaker System


Enjoy high-quality sound and a premium entertainment experience inside the cabin.


6. Switchable Infotainment & Auto Climate Controller


Switch quickly between controlling the infotainment system or the climate control with a single touch.


7. Surround View Monitor (SVM)

Engine and Performance


The Verna facelift comes with two petrol engines. The 1.5L MPi engine is available with a 6-speed manual or IVT, while the 1.5L Turbo GDi engine comes with a 6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT. The turbo engine produces 160 PS of power and 253 Nm torque. It also includes paddle shifters, drive mode selection, and idle stop & go for a mix of performance and efficiency.
