Verdict: Should You Buy the Bayon HX2?

Buy the Bayon HX2 variant if you want a midsize SUV with a full-sized SUV powered by a 1.5L 4-cylinder petrol engine, a pack of safety features as standard, and a segment-leading boot space of 505-litres. This model misses out on a touchscreen infotainment unit, but customers can install a custom 10.25-inch Android touchscreen, upgraded speakers, and a reverse camera from the aftermarket.

Skip the Bayon HX2 is you prefer factory-fitted technology. Instead you can buy the HX3 for an additional HX3, which adds a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, keyless entry, rear parking camera, and engine push-button start.
