Jeep India has unveiled the all-new 2025 Jeep Meridian, a premium D-segment SUV that now offers a significantly more affordable entry point for upper C-segment customers. Jeep has slashed the starting price by Rs 5 lakh, with the Meridian now starting at Rs 24.99 lakh compared to the previous Rs 29.99 lakh. This price cut, combined with its blend of safety, performance and luxury, makes the new Meridian more desirable. The facelift introduces more variants, advanced safety features and enhanced connectivity.

The Meridian’s iconic seven-slot grille, dynamic LED projector headlamps and trapezoidal wheel arches give it an unmistakable Jeep presence. Further, the all-LED headlamps with dynamic indicators add to the vehicle's premium appearance. At the rear, sleek LED taillights with satin chrome accents create a sophisticated silhouette.
Inside, the cabin boasts vegan leather and suede upholstery. The high-end materials are complemented by visible copper stitching on the seats and dashboard, delivering a premium feel throughout. Available in both five- and seven-seat configurations, the Meridian also boasts exceptional cargo space – 670 litres with five seats up and 170 litres with all seven in use. With the second and third rows folded down, you get up to 824 litres of boot space, making it the most spacious in its class, Jeep claimed.
The 2025 Jeep Meridian offers seamless connectivity through its Uconnect system, which now includes Alexa Home-to-Vehicle integration and 30+ connected features. Key tech highlights include:
- 10.25-inch full digital instrument cluster
- 10.1-inch full HD touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
- Wireless smartphone charging
- Smartwatch extension for remote control of vehicle features
- Remote engine start/stop with AC preconditioning and automatic SOS call
The Meridian also features over-the-air (OTA) updates, ensuring your SUV remains up-to-date with the latest software.
Safety is at the forefront of the 2025 Meridian, with over 70 active and passive safety features, including Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) available on the top variant, Overland. These include:
- Adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go
- Lane departure warning and lane keep assist
- Traffic sign recognition
- Full-speed forward collision warning with collision mitigation braking
- Blind spot detection
- Driver attention alert
Under the hood, the Jeep Meridian continues to be powered by a 2-litre turbocharged diesel engine producing 170bhp and 350Nm of torque. With a fuel efficiency of up to 16.25 km/l, it’s one of the most efficient SUVs in its class. The Selec-Terrain system offers multiple driving modes, including Auto, Sand/Mud and Snow, ensuring smooth driving across different terrains. The Meridian is available in rear-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive configurations.
The 2025 Jeep Meridian is available in four new trims:
- Longitude: Rs 24.99 lakh
- Longitude Plus: Rs 27.50 lakh
- Limited (O): Rs 30.49 lakh
- Overland: Rs 36.49 lakh
Note: All prices are ex-showroom
Bookings are now open across Jeep dealerships in India, with deliveries set to begin by the end of the month. With prices starting from Rs 24.99 lakh, Jeep aims to make the Meridian accessible to a broader customer base while maintaining its premium appeal.
