Maruti Suzuki is one of the biggest automobile manufacturers in the world, not just in India. Currently, the company enjoys over 40 percent market share in the country and has sold 1,36,700 units in October 2022 alone. The automaker has two sales channels - Arena and Nexa in India. These channels were introduced only a couple of years ago by Maruti to enhance the customer experience for new car buyers. Also, there are 1252 True Value outlets for pre-owned car buyers across the country. The blog discusses Maruti Suzuki Nexa, Maruti Suzuki Arena Showroom, and Maruti Suzuki True Value in detail.

Maruti Suzuki Nexa Showroom is a premium sales channel that was started on July 23, 2015. The first Maruti Suzuki Nexa car was the S-Cross premium crossover in 2015 but the same was discontinued after the introduction of New Grand Vitara. Nexa outlets have sold over 1.5 million units in the last seven years, with the Baleno being the highest-selling model. Other models in the Nexa outlet lineup include the Grand Vitara, Ignis, XL6, and Ciaz. In January 2020, Nexa launched its augmented reality showroom, enabling customers to explore Nexa cars in an all-new digital mode.

Maruti Suzuki Arena showroom retails models ranging from the entry-level hatchbacks to the pricier sub-4 metre SUVs in the country. The Arena network was started in 2017 and grew to 3000 plus outlets covering nearly 2000 towns and cities across the country. It differs from the rest of the retail channels through the digital integration facility. Prospective buyers can book the car of their choice plus personalize it on the website. Currently, Maruti Arena sells two SUVs, one van, four hatchbacks, a sedan, and two MUVs. Its current lineup starts with the Alto hatchback and stretches to Brezza SUV.

In 2022, Maruti Suzuki True Value completed 20 years in the pre-owned cars segment in India. In these two decades, True Value car sales crossed the 4.3 million milestone, the first to be achieved in the country. This channel comprises 545 outlets in 267 cities. These types of pre-owned outlets offer services like insurance, financing, and accessories for a convenient experience. A True Value car is evaluated under 376 quality assurance checks including the engine, and suspension while it comes with one-year warranty and 3 free services. A customer can also sell their car to any True Value showroom through the website or the app. The car price evaluation is done using an AI-based pricing engine to bring transparency. At the time of selling, the showroom handles the documentation and RC transfer.
