From the facelifted Kia Sonet to the futuristic electric SUV, EV9 will make its appearance in the Indian car market by next year. The eagerly awaited Kia Sonet facelift is ready to make waves in the automotive market by early 2024. The upcoming Sonet facelift is likely to showcase a refreshed design language including redesigned headlights, tweaked bumper, new alloy wheels, and more.
On inside, the facelifted Sonet will feature a fully digital instrument cluster, a larger touchscreen system with updated UI, revised HVAC control buttons, and enhanced connectivity features. An ADAS suite might also be on offer. As for the powertrain options, it will continue to offer the same set of engine options; 1.2-litre petrol, 1.0-litre TGDi turbo petrol, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine.
The company is likely to set the pricing for the 2024 Sonet between Rs 8 lakh to Rs 15 lakh (ex-showroom).

Next on the list is the Kia Sportage which will be launched by mid-2024 in the market. The model was recently spied internationally where it featured a new design with multiple seating options for the upcoming Carnival.
Reports suggest that the 2024 Carnival MPV might get a strong hybrid powertrain that will pair the electric motor with a 1.6-litre petrol mill. However, it is yet to be confirmed officially.
Kia EV9 is one of the most fascinating models from the upcoming Kia car lineup for 2024. The electric SUV which was also showcased at Auto Expo 2023 is slated to launch by next year, however, no official announcement has been made yet.
From the design perspective, it will boast a bold and futuristic appearance with a new Digital Tiger Nose grille and flat bonnet. Even on the inside, it will carry a futuristic theme showcasing three screens for infotainment, and an instrument cluster along with smaller screens for digital wing mirrors.
Moreover, the EV will come equipped with two battery pack options. Prices for the upcoming Kia EV9 may reach up to Rs 70 lakh (ex-showroom).
Last but not least, Kia Sportage is another model that is expected to launch by July 2024. It will be offered with a 5-seating option. In terms of performance, the 2024 Sportage is likely to be powered by 2.0-litre diesel and 1.6-litre petrol hybrid options. The expected price for the upcoming Kia car may hover between Rs 25 lakh to Rs 35 lakh (ex-showroom).
