Ferrari has finally presented its first-ever full electric car, the Ferrari Luce. The new ultra-luxury electric car is designed in collaboration with LoveFrom, the creative collective lead by Jony Ive and Marc Newson. The Ferrari Luce was unveiled in the symbolic setting of the Vela di Calatrava – Città dello Sport in Rome, a venue chosen to mark the beginning of a new chapter in Ferrari's storied history of engineering excellence and innovation.
Featuring radical new design language, the Ferrari Luce comes with shell-like form extends below the belt line to the extremes of the car. It comes with front and rear aerodynamic wings floating above and around the silhouette of the glass house, and transparent front and rear light panels. The halo tail-lights celebrate the beauty and clarity of the 360 Modena and 458 Italia.

The Ferrari Luce has the largest staggered wheel diameters on a series-production Ferrari road car, that’s 23-inch in the front and 24-inch at the rear. The Luce is Ferrari’s five-seat model, and comes with four doors and a spacious cabin. It is available in 5 colour options, including Azzurro La Plata, Giallo Luce, Rosso Dino, Bianco Artico, and Rosso Fiammante. The specially developed Yellow shade is inspired by the historic yellow used in the Ferrari logo. This paint is also seen on the wheel hubs and the steering wheel.
The Ferrari Luce comes with luxurious cabin with several advanced technologies, featuring a driver-focused dashboard layout. It gets a multifunctional OLED displays developed by Samsung Display, precision-machined aluminium controls, a moving instrument binnacle and Ferrai’s new Manettino drive selector. The rotating touchscreen performs infotainment and navigation functionalities. The Luce is equipped with a 21-speaker, 3000W Ferrari Audio Signature sound system with multiple listening modes, rear climate controls, a unique E-Ink smart key, heated and massage front seats and more.

The Ferrari Luce is equipped with four independent electric motors (one at each wheel), that offers a combined output of 1,050cv (over 1000bhp) and a peak torque of 11500Nm. The EV is equipped with a 122kWh battery pack that supports 350kW DC fast charging and is claimed to offer a range of over 530km on a full charge. It is claimed to achieve 0 to 100kmph in just 2.5 seconds and 0 to 200kmph in just 6.8 seconds before hitting an electronic limited top speed of 310kmph.
