Tata Motors has announced that its upcoming SUV, the Curvv will come with both electric and ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) options. It is also said that the model might also get a CNG option. New sketches of the upcoming model have confirmed this rumour as a new CNG button is placed in the middle of the climate control panel on the dashboard along with a few more interesting features.

The new Tata Curvv is expected to feature the twin-cylinder technology that recently made its debut on the Altroz premium hatchback. In fact, Tata Motors recently confirmed that it would extend this new setup to its existing models the Tiago and Tigor with a facelift.
Since Tata Curvv and Nexon Facelift will share similar technical components, chances are that the updated Nexon will also come equipped with the twin-cylinder setup.
The electric Curvv model is likely to offer a range of 400-500 km and an all-wheel drive set-up. While the ICE version of the Tata Curvv will come equipped with a 1.2-litre direct injection turbo-petrol engine. This will provide the maximum power of 123 bhp and 225 Nm of torque. Transmission options will include manual and automatic gearboxes.

As per the sketches, the Curvv is expected to feature dual-zone climate control, a 360-degree camera and auto park assist. Based on the patent filings, the Nexon facelift is expected to share most of the switchgear with the upcoming Curvv.
Both the ICE and EV versions of the Tata Curvv are likely to be launched by 2023. It is said that the EV will make its appearance first among the audience.
