Following the launch of the Seltos facelift, Kia cars is now gearing up to introduce the updated Sonet in India on December 14. The automaker recently released a teaser as well which gives us a look at the new SUV.
The new Kia Sonet facelift will get updated LED headlights, vertical LED DRLs, horizontal fog lamps, slimmer grille, new alloy wheels, LED taillights connected by a lightbar, and refreshed bumpers. Kia will make some changes to the interior as well, including new brown upholstery. Among other highlights, there is a new fully-digital instrument cluster, mini display with physical toggle buttons for the climate control, a rear seat armrest, and ADAS-tech.
Kia Motors will make no changes to the powertrain options for the Sonet facelift. Choices will be a 1.2-litre N/A petrol, a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol and a 1.5-litre turbodiesel. A 5-speed manual, a 6-speed iMT, a 6-speed automatic, or a 7-speed DCT automatic gearbox will be the transmission options.

Italian supercar maker Lamborghini cars has already confirmed it will be launching the Revuelto in India on December 6. The brand’s new flagship, the Revuelto retains the brand’s crazy styling and N/A V12 engine, the latter of which is now future-proofed with a strong-hybrid setup.
In terms of styling, the Lamborghini Revuelto continues the brand’s aggressive styling. It gets Y-shaped LED headlights, DRLs, and taillights. There are new air intakes at the front while the iconic scissor doors have been redesigned to help channel fresh air to the side intakes. At the rear, new high-set dual exhausts allow for cleaner airflow under the car to create more downforce.
Inside, the Revuelto’s interior continues the Y-theme. The dashboard gets an 8.4-inch infotainment system, 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, and a 9.1-inch display for the passenger. Most of the controls are now handled by the infotainment system, with the only physical buttons being the ones on the steering wheel.
Powering the Lamborghini Revuelto is a 6.5-litre, N/A V12 that makes 825 bhp with 725 Nm of peak torque. It is paired with a 3.8 kWh battery pack that powers three electric motors. Combined, the supercar makes a peak power output of 1,015 bhp. Transmission duties are handled by an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.

Earlier this year, Jeep car launched the diesel 4x2 Compass due to customer demand. It also introduced a new BlackShark edition that came with a number of cosmetic changes inside and outside. Now, Jeep is planning to introduce a new petrol variant of the Compass SUV in India in December 2023.
In terms of visual changes, the Jeep Compass petrol may get a few updates like a redesigned front bumper with new lower set fog lights. The side profile may get new door sills and alloy wheels while the rear will likely get a new bumper as well. Changes to the interior will be fairly minimal as the Compass has recently received a mid-life facelift.
While Jeep is yet to confirm it, the Compass petrol will likely use the same 1.3-litre turbo-petrol motor that is used by the smaller Renegade SUV. It is available in 2 variants, making either 128 bhp or 148 bhp bhp of peak power. According to the latest rumours, the Compass petrol may use a tweaked version of the engine, making around 160 bhp with 270 bhp of peak torque. It will be paired with a dual-clutch automatic transmission.
