Maruti Suzuki will debut its first electric vehicle in India, the e Vitara, on December 2, 2025. This new EV will feature a modern design with LED projector headlights, a bold Y-shaped DRL, and wraparound LED taillights. The e Vitara will come with a high-tech cabin, including a 10.25-inch touchscreen and a 10.1-inch digital driver’s display. Key features will include a fixed glass roof, Infinity sound system, ventilated seats, and a 10-way power driver’s seat. For safety, the car will include 6 airbags and Level 2 ADAS. It will offer two battery options—49 kWh and 61 kWh—providing a range of over 500 km. The price is expected to be between Rs 17 lakh and Rs 22.50 lakh.

Tata is introducing new petrol variants of its flagship Harrier and Safari SUVs on December 9, 2025. These models will be powered by a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine that delivers 160 PS and 255 Nm of torque. This engine will be available with both a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque-converter automatic transmission. The petrol engines will offer buyers more choices alongside the existing diesel versions, making the Tata Harrier petrol and Safari petrol an attractive option for those seeking petrol power. These models are expected to be priced below the diesel variants.

Kia will globally unveil the highly anticipated new-gen Kia Seltos on December 10, 2025. The new-gen Seltos will feature a bold new design with a wider grille, Star Map daytime running lights, and square LED headlights. The SUV will have a more angular profile, smoother body panels, and enhanced cladding around the wheel arches for a stronger look. Inside, the cabin will include a dual-screen setup, dual-zone climate control, ventilated seats, a panoramic sunroof, and Level 2+ ADAS for enhanced safety. The new-gen Kia Seltos will be available with 1.5-litre petrol, 1.5-litre turbo petrol, and 1.5-litre turbo diesel engines, and is expected to make its India debut in 2026, with a hybrid version coming in 2027.
