VinFast showcased its small 2-door EV at the Auto Expo. If launched, it will be the direct rival of the MG Comet EV. The EV has a seating capacity of up to 4 people.
VinFast VF 3 has made its India debut at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. This is a small 2-door electric SUV among the lineup of VinFast, which if launched here will be one of the most affordable electric cars in the country. It could be a direct rival of the MG Comet EV.
Here is what that small (2-door) electric SUV offers:

The VF 3 comes with a boxy design language and a chrome grille bar at the front that integrates into the headlights. The bumper of the small SUV is blacked out and combines with the plastic body cladding that runs along the length of the car. The VF 3 offers the option of both alloy wheels and steel rims.
Just like at the front, there’s a V-shaped garnish on the tailgate that integrates onto the tail lights and a blacked-out rear bumper which merges with the side cladding of the car.

The cabin of VF 3 is offered in all black and features a 2-spoke steering wheel, seating for 4 passengers (access for the rear seats is by folding the co-driver seat at the front), V-shaped central AC vents with a copper garnish surrounding the vents.
As for the features it includes a 10-inch floating touchscreen, manual AC, and front power windows.
This small electric SUV is powered by an 18.64kWh lithium-ion battery offering an NEDC (New European Driving Cycle) range of up to 210km on a single charge. The rear-mounted electric motor delivers 44.10 BHP and 110Nm torque. The brand also says that the battery pack can be charged from 10-70 percent on a fast charger in 36 minutes.
