October 2025 is going to be an exciting month for car lovers in India! Several new cars are set to launch, including updated versions of popular SUVs and a high-performance sedan.
Here's a look at five of the biggest car launches this month.
Mahindra Thar is getting a facelift and will be launched on October 2, 2025. While the Thar keeps its signature rugged look, it now includes a few updates. The new 4x2 RWD variants will have alloy wheels. A new rear camera will help with reversing, and the SUV also gets a rear wiper and defogger. Inside, the Thar will feature the twin-peaks logo on the steering wheel.

Mahindra Bolero Facelift will launch just a few days after the Thar on October 6, 2025. The new Bolero will keep its tough, boxy design but with new features like a black exterior finish, a redesigned bumper, and updated wheels. Inside, the car will get a new touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth. The Bolero will continue with its 1.5L diesel engine that makes it a great practical choice for families.
Along with the Bolero, the Bolero Neo Facelift will also launch on October 6, 2025. This SUV gets a new, bigger 10.25-inch infotainment screen, and the front grille has been updated. It will keep its 1.5L turbo-diesel engine, which now offers more power - 100hp and 260Nm of torque. The Bolero Neo is perfect for those who want both strength and modern features.
Mini Countryman John Cooper Works (JCW) will be launched on October 14, 2025. This is a high-performance version of the Countryman SUV. It’s powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged engine that produces 300hp. The car can go from 0-100 kmph in just 5.4 seconds. It also has a sportier design, with a blacked-out front grille, bigger air intakes, and red brake calipers. Inside, the car is packed with sporty features and red accents.
Skoda is bringing back the Octavia RS in 2025, and it will be launched on October 17, 2025. The car will come with a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces 265hp, allowing it to go from 0-100 kmph in just 6.4 seconds. The Octavia RS has a sportier exterior with new LED headlights and a rear diffuser. Inside, it features a large 13-inch screen, adaptive cruise control, and up to 10 airbags. It’s a great choice for people who love fast cars with plenty of tech.
