VinFast VF7 Gets Expensive by up to Rs 1.13 Lakh - Now Starts at 22.99 lakh
VinFast VF 7 now priced between Rs 22.99 - 28.09 lakh Prices increased in the range of Rs 1.10 - 1.13 lakh
Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer, VinFast has increased the prices of the VF7 electric SUV by up to Rs 1.13 lakh, ex-showroom. The electric SUV is available in 5 variants, and the prices are hiked somewhere between Rs 1.10 lakh and Rs 1.13 lakh.
The VinFast VF7 is now available at a starting price of Rs 22.99 lakh and its top-end variant is tagged at Rs 28.09 lakh, ex-showroom, India. The VF7 electric SUV comes via a CKD route and is assembled at VinFast’s Thoothukudi manufacturing plant in Tamil Nadu. This plant has an annual production capacity of 50,000 units, which can be expanded to 1.5 lakh units per year.
The VinFast VF7 is packed with a 70.8 kWh LFP battery pack with two drivetrains - FWD and AWD. The lower-spec FWD unit produced 204hp and 310, while the AWD unit delivered 350hp and 500Nm. The base variant also gets a 59.6 kWh battery pack. The 70.8kWh battery version offers a claimed range of 532 km on a single charge. It is claimed to achieve 0-100kmph in just 5.8 seconds.
The SUV is available in 6 colour choices, namely Infinity Blanc, Crimson Red, Desat Silver, Jet Black, Urban Mint and Zenith Grey. It is packed with a 12.9-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, heads-up display, LED lighting system, ventilated seats, reclinable rear seats, 7 airbags, Level 2 ADAS, 19-inch alloy wheels and others.
