Toyota Kirloskar Motors has updated the Innova Crysta for 2023. The brand had already started accepting bookings for the MPV at a token amount of Rs 50,000. Now, just ahead of its launch in the country, prices of the 2023 Crysta GX trim level have been leaked online. We take a closer look.
The updated Innova Crysta will be available in 4 variants - G, GX, VX, and ZX. As per the report, the MPVs GX variant is priced at Rs 19.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for both 7 and 8 seater trims. If you choose the Pearl White colour shade, you have to pay another extra Rs 9,500.
Interestingly, the price of the New Innova Crysta GX is Rs 59,000 more than the Innova Hycross’ GX variant, which is priced at Rs 19.40 lakh (ex-showroom)
Toyota has given the 2023 Innova Crysta a slight exterior refresh with a new front grille, updated front bumper, and redesigned fog lamp housings.
Inside, the New Crysta comes equipped with features like an 8-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, semi digital instrument cluster, multi-zone climate control, powered driver’s seat, ambient lighting, one touch tumble down middle-row seats, and more.
The 2023 Toyota Innova Crysta is being offered with a single diesel powertrain option only. It uses the pre-facelift model’s 2.4-litre turbo diesel motor that pumps out 150 bhp with 360 Nm of peak torque. There’s a single transmission choice only, a 5-speed manual. Toyota has also updated the motor to meet the new upcoming BS6 Phase II Emission Norms.
The MPV takes on the likes of the MG Hector Plus, Hyundai Alcazar, Kia Carens, Kia Carnival, and the Toyota Innova Hycross.
MG Hector petrol variants now E20 fuel compatible; 2025 model launched with no price hike, meeting new emission norms and supporting sustainable mobility.
