Skoda Superb is finally coming back to India Will be brought in via the CBU route Three exterior colour options will be on offer
Skoda Auto had plans to relaunch the Superb premium sedan in India sometime last year. Now, the Czech manufacturer has confirmed that it will be bringing in the vehicle on the 3rd of April 2024. It should be noted that the updated Superb will be based on the previous generation model that was on sale in India, but discontinued later due to the implementation of New BS6 Phase II Emission Norms.
As per certain media reports, the latest iteration of the Skoda Superb will be available in limited units of 100. In addition, it will be brought into the country via the CBU route, unlike its previous model which was locally assembled. It is also believed that the upcoming sedan will make its debut in a single and fully loaded L&K (Laurin & Klement) variant.
Talking about the colour choices, the updated Superb will be available in three paint options. These would ideally include Magic Black, Water World Green, and Rosso Brunello.

The exterior features on the four-wheeler will highlight adaptive LED headlights and LED fog lights with cornering function. It will roll on 17-inch alloy wheels.
On the inside, it is expected to offer Cognac upholstery, a virtual cockpit, and wired connectivity for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. In terms of amenities, the updated Superb will provide 12-way electrically adjustable ventilated front seats, a massage function for the driver's seat, three-zone climate control, and an ADAS suite.
On the safety front, it will come equipped with 9 airbags, park assist featuring a 360-degree camera, TPMS, and an Electronic Differential Lock (EDS).
The 2024 Skoda Superb Facelift will house the same 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine as before. In its previous state, it produced a maximum power of 187 bhp with 320 Nm of peak torque. Transmission option here will include a 7-speed DSG. Besides, it claims a 0-100 kmph acceleration time of 7.7 seconds.
